what a day!! 2day i had rice in all my meals... ;-) breakfast, lunch, dinner.... well, it's good as well as nutritious, source of carbohydrate... doesn't matter how u take it, it's still NYUM! but do u get fat for eating rice?? no larr... i don't think so.. but it keeps to regulate ur blood pressure, prevent heart disease and most cancers.... just make sure u had it well-balanced with other stuff as well eh? well... i actually had it fried for breakfast and had simple white rice with fish for lunch n dinner... i'm actually so so so full rite now... and it's making my eyes closing and closing and closing and closing.... but honestly, i think i got 2 carried away with eating today... but hey! what can i say... i just love to eat!! ;-)
